As you can see bridging finance has many uses. It is available on any form of
property in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. However you will
need to remember that you will require an exit strategy. An exit strategy is
"How will you be able to pay this loan in full at the end of the chosen term"
Bridging finance is a specialist short term fix solution and is not a long term
fix.
